How many books fit in a cardboard box

Almost everyone who has ever moved has a library of some size. It is not a difficult matter to assemble books into boxes, but it is usually more difficult to decide on the number of boxes.

We are often asked questions about the number of books that fit in a particular box. To know for sure we decided to do an experiment and just put medium sized books in our boxes, which we usually recommend for book transportation.

Experimentally we found out that a 45 liter box holds up to 50 books and a 38 liter box holds a little less - 35-40 books. We filmed the whole process on video, so you can follow it for yourself.
